About Leasing a Peugeot 3008
ABOUT LEASING A PEUGEOT 3008
A NICE DRIVING EXPERIENCE WITH THE LATEST TECH AND PLENTY OF ROOM FOR ALL THE FAMILY.
Peugeot made sure to make the new 3008 stands out when it came to market. It's a very busy sector, to say the least, and to stand out is hard. Peugeot however, seem to have it in the bag with this one. It's rakish good looks and modern style aren't all for show either, there is the class-leading 520-litre boot capacity with rear folding rear seats and all kinds of practical features. Rear legroom is good too and you can fit three across the back should you need too.
ENGINES & PERFORMANCE
There are four engines to choose from with the 3008. Two from each stable petrol and diesel. For the petrol heads, we have a 1.2 Turbocharged unit producing a healthy 130bhp, then a 1.6 turbocharged engine producing 180bhp for the top-spec GT Line Auto And GT-Line Premium Auto specs.
For the diesel lumps Peugeot offer a 1.5 BlueHDi giving 130BHP and a 2.0BlueHdi giving the same 180BHP for the higher up models.
Our pick of the bunch is the 1.2T 130BHP, it provides a nice blend of power and economy whilst being extremely quiet.
All variants in the range come well-appointed. The base-level Active doesn't come with Nav however but it does have Apple carplay and Andriod Auto so you can connect your phones sat nav. Bluetooth, rear parking sensors and that amazing Peugeot i-cockpit dash setup are also present right from the get-go. Next, you have the Allure, probably the most popular choice, it gives you the all-important 3D Nav, plus the 180 degree reversing camera, front and rear parking sensors, rear privacy glass, half leather upholstery, power-folding mirrors and the alloys get an upgrade too. Towards the top of the range, we have the GT-Line. This comes with the rather snazzy All-LED headlights with swoopy indicators, a very premium looking black diamond roof, configurable interior ambiences, 'Peugeot Lion' approach lights and some other premium features. The GT-Line also has a Premium version which adds in the smart electric tailgate, larger 19" Alloys, Panoramic opening glass roof and a massaging driver's seat! At the top of the tree sits the GT, for those that want it all. Power from one of the 180BHP powerplants and range-topping features like the panoramic roof, full nappa grain leather, smart tailgate (operated with your foot) and adaptive cruise control the GT is the ultimate incarnation of the 3008.
Peugeots 3008 is one of the most compelling lease propositions in this mid-sized SUV sector. With practicality reigning supreme this style heavy SUV will do a fantastic job of that airport trip or the school run. It’s a good size, offers a nice driving position and doesn't feel too big to be taken around the city streets.
