The prices and specifications for the SEAT Leon car leasing range have been revealed, plus the new engines.

The SEAT Leon car leasing range has been expanded and there’s the choice of new petrol and diesel engines.

The SEAT Leon Estate with the 2.0-litre TDI diesel engine will cost from £24,515.

It should return around 66 mpg, with emissions of 114g/km, while the petrol engine should return around 43 mpg.

The 2.0-litre petrol engine produces 190 PS, while the 2.0-litre diesel produces 115 PS.

SEAT Leon contract hire range

The SEAT Leon contract hire range also features its first ever plug-in hybrid choice with prices starting at £31,835 for the FR trim.

The top price is £35,060 for the Xcellence Lux, which is the Leon’s top specification.

It carries the Seat Leon eHybrid badge and utilises a 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol engine with four cylinders with an electric motor and battery to produce 201 bhp.

Its 0 – 62 mph sprint time is 7.5 seconds and it will return fuel economy of 235 mpg.

The Leon eHybrid is worth looking at for those wanting a comfortable and stylish company car since its CO2 emissions are said to be just 27g/km.

Standard equipment for the Leon includes LED headlights, 16-inch alloy wheels, keyless entry and electrically operated door mirrors.

Drivers also get an eight-inch infotainment system, a pair of USB ports and a leather-trimmed steering wheel.

All models come with larger alloy wheels, rear and front parking sensors, a 10.25-inch digital instrument binnacle and privacy glass.

There’s also smartphone compatibility and a 10-inch infotainment display.

Top spec Leon model

The top spec Leon model has leather upholstery, adaptive cruise control, high beam assist and dynamic road sign display.

The estate models feature similar equipment and performance levels and there are seven paint options for the Leon Estate.

The Leon Hatch has eight paint options.

There are a lot of similarities between this and the Volkswagen Golf counterpart, but the SEAT Leon offers more charm and the car leasing prices should be investigated.
