Ford Mustang Mach-E Lease Deals

The Ford Mustang Mach-E is Ford's electric five-seat SUV, offered in Select and Premium trims with rear- or all-wheel drive and up to 382 miles of WLTP range. This page explains the range, the standard kit and how to choose a version before you look at the live lease deals below.

The Ford Mustang Mach-E is a five-seat electric SUV that borrows a famous name, a long bonnet and three-bar tail lights, then puts them on a family-shaped body with a 402-litre boot. It's a proper EV underneath, not an adapted petrol car.

It sits at the sharp end of Ford's electric line-up as the brand's halo EV, and reviewers consistently describe it as sportier to drive than most electric crossovers, with the trade-off being a firm ride at low speed.

The choice here is simple: one SUV body, one electric powertrain family with rear- or all-wheel drive, and two trims - Select and Premium - plus the Tech+ Pack if you want the big glass roof and upgraded audio.

About the Ford Mustang Mach-E

The Mustang Mach-E is Ford's electric SUV, on sale in this form since 2020. It seats five, carries 402 litres with the rear seats up and 1,420 litres folded, and comes with a 3-year / 60,000-mile manufacturer warranty.

The name caused an argument when the car launched and still does. Road testers largely concluded the badge is beside the point: what matters is that the steering is quick, body control is tidy for a car of this weight, and there's real pace on tap.

The criticisms are consistent too - the ride can feel busy around town, and the coupe-ish roofline costs you some rear visibility. Range runs up to 382 miles WLTP on the longest-legged version, which puts it among the better electric SUVs for distance work.

Why lease a Ford Mustang Mach-E?

Because the equipment list is generous before you add a thing, and because leasing keeps you in a three-year-old-at-most electric car while battery and charging technology keeps moving. Every version is well covered on safety and driver assistance.

Standard across the range: adaptive cruise control, a 360-degree camera, front and rear parking sensors, heated front seats and heated steering wheel, keyless entry and start, wireless phone charging, built-in navigation, a digital instrument cluster, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual-zone climate control and privacy glass.

Safety kit includes blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane-keep assist and autonomous emergency braking. Euro NCAP awarded five stars, with 92% for adult occupant protection, 86% for child occupant, 69% for vulnerable road users and 82% for safety assist.

Practically, it's 4.71-4.74 m long on a 2.98 m wheelbase, so it's a mid-size SUV footprint with a boot that's usefully square. Servicing is every 24 months, which suits drivers who'd rather not think about the car much.

Which Mustang Mach-E powertrain is right for me?

There's one answer here: the Mustang Mach-E is electric only. What varies is battery size, power and whether you take rear- or all-wheel drive, and those choices set both your range and your monthly charging routine.

Electric

Battery capacity runs from 72 kWh to 98.7 kWh, power from 264 bhp to 480 bhp, and WLTP range up to 382 miles on the best version. It's automatic, with rear- or all-wheel drive, and needs plugging in - there's no petrol back-up.

Charging peaks at 150 kW, with 10-80% in 33 minutes at that rate on the best version, or a full charge in 8.1 hours at 11 kW at home. Our guide to charging an electric car covers what you'll actually need on the driveway.

Efficiency sits between 3.0 and 3.6 miles per kWh depending on version, so a home charger and an off-peak tariff make the biggest difference to running costs. If you can't charge at home, be honest with yourself about how often you'd be queuing at a rapid charger.

Which Mustang Mach-E trim should I choose?

Two trims: Select and Premium. Select already covers the kit most people care about, while Premium is about cabin ambience and seat comfort rather than extra technology. Both are five-seat SUVs on 19-inch alloy wheels.

Select

Select starts at 264 bhp with rear-wheel drive and rides on 19-inch "5 Spoke" alloys. You get LED headlights with signature daytime running lights, full sensico artificial leather upholstery, heated front seats and steering wheel, a 360-degree camera, front and rear parking sensors, plus a heat pump to protect range in winter.

The Select is currently available from £565.54 a month.

Premium

Premium adds adaptive LED Mustang signature headlamps, perforated full sensico artificial leather, ambient lighting and an 8-way power driver's seat with lumbar support. Wheels are 19-inch alloys in the "Black Machined Finish" style, and the entry version has 290 bhp with rear-wheel drive.

The optional Tech+ Pack is the one to think about: a fixed full panoramic roof, perforated sensico upholstery and a 10-speaker B&O premium sound system with a dashboard sound bar. Worth checking whether a pack is already fitted on a stock car before you order.

The Premium is currently available from £632.09 a month. Against the Select, that is currently £66.55/mo more expensive.

Ford Mustang Mach-E FAQs

Yes, for a family of four or five. It has five seats, a 402-litre boot rising to 1,420 litres with the rear bench folded, and a five-star Euro NCAP rating including 86% for child occupant protection. The sloping roofline costs a little rear headroom compared with boxier electric SUVs.

WLTP range spans 292 to 382 miles depending on battery size, power and whether you choose rear- or all-wheel drive. The 382-mile figure belongs to the best version only. Expect less in cold weather and at motorway speeds - our electric car guide explains why.

On a 150 kW rapid charger, the best version goes from 10-80% in 33 minutes. At home on an 11 kW supply, a full 0-100% charge takes 8.1 hours on the best version. Most drivers charge overnight and only use rapid chargers on longer trips.

Three years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first. The battery is separately covered for 8 years or 100,000 miles, guaranteeing 70% of its capacity. There's also a 3-year paintwork guarantee and a 12-year anti-corrosion guarantee, and servicing falls due every 24 months.

Both are offered. Rear-wheel-drive versions are the efficiency choice and suit most UK drivers; all-wheel drive adds traction and pace, with power across the range running from 264 bhp to 480 bhp and 0-62 mph from 7.4 to 3.6 seconds depending on version. Insurance groups run from 37 to 48.

It depends entirely on what's available at the time. Rentals move as stock, terms and mileage change, and the cheapest version this week isn't always the cheapest next week. Check the current Mustang Mach-E deals below, or ask our team to check availability on a specific trim.
