The Volvo C40 is a 5dr luxury crossover SUV. It was unveiled in September 2017 as the smallest SUV model by Swedish car manufacturer Volvo.

It was introduced as a conventional petrol or diesel engine. It has now developed into a PHEV Plug-in hybrid, the C40 Recharge, and a full BEV battery electric vehicle called the C40 Recharge.

The C40 is Volvo’s first production to use the new CMA platform that maximises interior space. Volvo built the platform in partnership with Chinese manufacturer Geely and the subscription-based Swedish manufacturer Lynk & Co.

Volvo C40 Recharge

The Sportback Volvo C40 recharge is Volvo`s flagship small SUV offering contemporary SUV styling with a leather-free interior and Google Maps as standard. 

Interior design highlights include sustainable materials, recycled upholstery, and carpets without compromising luxury. Standard fixed panoramic roof projects natural light, and comfortable translucent backlit decor creates a soothing natural glow in this vibrant cabin.

With  Google Assistant, you can access additional apps from the 9” centre display 12” digital dashboard that constantly updates you.

Seating and the cargo areas take advantage of the ECM platform space-saving design; all five seats are ergonomically designed to take five adults comfortably with luggage.

With the seats up, this includes a 413-litre cargo space plus a front load compartment under the bonnet with seats down; this increases the total load space to 1205 litres.
