Nissan Juke Lease Deals

The Nissan Juke is a five-seat small SUV offered with a 1-litre petrol engine or a 1.6-litre self-charging hybrid, in five trims from Acenta Premium to Tekna+. This page explains what the Juke is good at, how the two powertrains differ and what each trim brings.

The Nissan Juke is a five-seat small SUV, 4.21 metres long, built for drivers who want a raised driving position and distinctive styling without moving up to a bigger family car. It sits below the Qashqai in Nissan's SUV line-up and has done since the original turned the small crossover into a mainstream choice.

The current Juke, the second generation in this form since 2024, comes as an SUV only. You choose between a 1-litre, 112 bhp petrol with a manual or automatic gearbox, or a 1.6-litre self-charging hybrid with 141 bhp and an automatic. Both drive the front wheels.

Five trims run from Acenta Premium through N-Connecta, Pulse Edition and Tekna to Tekna+. That's the whole decision: one body, two powertrains, five trims.

About the Nissan Juke

The Juke is a style-led small SUV that works best as a town and commuting car. It seats five, carries 350 to 422 litres in the boot depending on the version, and comes with a 3-year or 60,000-mile manufacturer warranty.

Reviewers consistently praise the looks, the high seating position and the light steering that makes it easy around town. The 2024 interior revisions drew a warmer response than the cabin that came before, particularly the switch to better materials higher up the dashboard.

The criticisms are just as consistent: road testers find the ride firm, especially on the 19-inch wheels fitted to most trims, and the rear seats tighter than some rivals. If you regularly carry adults in the back, sit in it first.

Why lease a Nissan Juke?

Every Juke, whatever the trim or engine, arrives with a decent safety and convenience list already fitted, so the cheapest version on the page isn't a stripped-out one. That matters more on a lease, where you're taking the car as specified rather than adding options later.

Standard across the range: LED headlights, a digital instrument cluster, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a rear-view camera, rear parking sensors, climate control, DAB digital radio, rain-sensing wipers, power-folding door mirrors and an electric parking brake.

Driver assistance is standard too, including autonomous emergency braking, lane-keep assist, traffic sign recognition and automatic high beam. The Juke holds a 5-star Euro NCAP rating, with 94% for adult occupant protection and 85% for child occupant protection. Petrol versions can tow up to 1,250 kg braked.

Which Juke powertrain is right for me?

Two choices: a 1-litre petrol or a 1.6-litre self-charging hybrid. Neither plugs in, so the real question is how much of your driving is urban stop-start, and whether you want a manual.

Petrol

The 1-litre three-cylinder makes 112 bhp and 200 Nm, with a 6 or 7-speed gearbox depending on whether you take the manual or the automatic. WLTP economy is 46.3 to 47.9 mpg, 0-62 mph takes 10.7 to 11.8 seconds, and the boot is the larger one at 422 litres.

Hybrid (self-charging)

The 1.6-litre hybrid pairs a four-cylinder petrol engine with a 1.2 kWh battery for 141 bhp, through a 6-speed automatic. It charges itself as you drive, so there's no cable and nothing to plug in. WLTP economy is 57.6 mpg and CO2 is 108 g/km, which is the one to look at for company car drivers.

Which Juke trim should I choose?

All five trims share the same engines and the same standard safety kit, so you're choosing wheels, upholstery, cameras and audio rather than capability.

Acenta Premium

The entry trim already covers the basics: LED headlamps, wireless Apple CarPlay and Google Android Auto, cloth and synthetic leather upholstery with melange fabric inserts, a rear-view camera, and welcome and console-tray ambient lighting. It runs 17-inch "Sakura" steel wheels, and heated front seats and a heated steering wheel are available as options. The Acenta Premium is currently available from £257.84 a month.

N-Connecta

N-Connecta adds 19-inch black alloy wheels, a synthetic leather kneepad, a 360-degree colour camera with Intelligent Around View Monitor and rear privacy glass. Heated front seats, a heated steering wheel and front parking sensors come as standard here; wireless phone charging and built-in navigation are options. The N-Connecta is currently available from £279.48 a month. Against the Acenta Premium, that is currently £21.64/mo more expensive.

Pulse Edition

Pulse Edition brings 19-inch Aero alloy wheels with ocean deep inserts, synthetic leather (PVC) upholstery with melange fabric inserts, the Bose Personal Plus audio pack and door ambient lighting. It also gains adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, front sports seats, wireless charging and built-in navigation. The Pulse Edition is currently available from Price on request a month. Against the N-Connecta, that is currently Price comparison unavailable.

Tekna

Tekna moves to a different 19-inch alloy wheel design and a 10-speaker Bose system, with eight speakers plus two built into the driver and passenger headrests. It also brings cloth upholstery, an auto-dimming rear-view mirror and automatic headlights. Deals on this one come and go, so ask our team what's live.

Tekna+

Tekna+ is largely about appearance rather than extra equipment: 19-inch alloy wheels with a deep 3D effect, the Bose Personal Plus audio pack, and Alcantara and leather upholstery inside. Availability varies, so get in touch if you want one.

Worth a thought before you order: the brief summary is that bigger wheels look better and ride firmer. If your roads are poor, that's a real trade-off. Our guide to choosing your spec goes into how to weigh that up, and the electric and hybrid guides cover how self-charging hybrids differ from plug-ins.

Similar cars to consider

If the Juke feels tight in the back, the Nissan Qashqai is the next size up in the same showroom, and you can see the wider Nissan range too. Also worth a look: the KGM Torres, the Hyundai Tucson and the Kia Sportage.

Nissan Juke FAQs

It works for small families. The Juke has five seats, five doors and a boot of 350 to 422 litres depending on version, with a 5-star Euro NCAP rating including 85% for child occupant protection. Rear space is tighter than some larger SUVs, so try a child seat in it before ordering.

No. It's a self-charging hybrid, so the 1.2 kWh battery is topped up by the 1.6-litre petrol engine and by recovering energy when you slow down. There's no plug and no cable. You just fill it with petrol, and it returns 57.6 mpg on the WLTP test.

Between 350 and 422 litres with the rear seats up, and 1,114 to 1,305 litres folded. Petrol versions get the full 422 litres; the hybrid's battery raises the boot floor, so it holds 350 to 354 litres. If luggage space is your priority, the petrol is the one to look at.

Yes, within limits. Braked towing is 750 to 1,250 kg depending on version, with the 1,250 kg figure applying to petrol models; the hybrid is rated at 750 kg braked. Unbraked capacity is 500 to 643 kg and roof load is 75 kg. Check the figure on the exact version before you commit.

The Juke carries a 3-year or 60,000-mile manufacturer warranty, a 3-year paintwork guarantee and a 12-year anti-corrosion guarantee. Servicing is due every 12 months or 18,000 miles. There's no spare wheel; a tyre repair kit is supplied instead, which is worth knowing before your first flat.

It depends entirely on what's available at the time. Monthly rentals move as stock and terms change, and the cheapest trim this week isn't always the cheapest next week. The entry Acenta Premium is currently from £257.84 a month. Check the live Juke deals below for today's position.

Specifications from Nissan's UK data and Euro NCAP; equipment and availability vary by version, so check the individual deal before ordering.
