Hyundai Ioniq 6 N Lease Deals

The Hyundai Ioniq 6 N is the performance version of Hyundai's electric saloon, with 641 bhp, all-wheel drive and an 84 kWh battery giving up to 278 miles WLTP. This page explains who it suits, what comes as standard and what to check before you order.

The Hyundai Ioniq 6 N is the hard-edged version of Hyundai's streamlined electric saloon, with 641 bhp, all-wheel drive and 0-62 mph in 3.4 seconds. It's a five-seat, four-door EV built to be entertaining on a good road, not just quick in a straight line.

It suits a driver who wants a genuinely exciting electric car but still needs a usable family saloon: five seats, a 480-litre boot with the rear seats up and an 84 kWh battery good for up to 278 miles WLTP. If you cover long motorway miles every week, an ordinary electric saloon will be easier to live with.

The choice is simple. One body, one powertrain, one trim called Ioniq 6 N, with the Vision Roof Pack available as a factory option.

About the Hyundai Ioniq 6 N

The Ioniq 6 N sits at the top of Hyundai's electric saloon range, wearing the N badge the brand uses for its performance cars. It's the four-door follow-up to Hyundai's first performance EV, sharing its deep menu of drive modes.

Reviewers consistently rate it as one of the most engaging electric cars on sale, praising its steering, balance and the way it charges - 10-80% takes 18 minutes on a 350 kW charger in the best version. The common criticisms are the weight (2,125 kg) and a cabin that feels close to the standard car's.

Practical points stay intact: 480 litres of boot space, 1,540 litres with the rear seats folded, and a five-year, unlimited-mileage manufacturer warranty.

Why lease a Hyundai Ioniq 6 N?

Because there's only one specification, every Ioniq 6 N arrives generously equipped - and on a lease you're choosing mileage and term rather than haggling over options. Safety kit is standard across the board, and the Ioniq 6 N holds a five-star Euro NCAP rating.

Every car gets matrix LED headlights, a head-up display, a 360-degree camera, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane-keep assist, autonomous emergency braking and traffic sign recognition. Euro NCAP scored it 88% for adult occupant protection and 88% for safety assist.

Comfort kit runs to heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, a heated steering wheel, dual-zone climate control, wireless charging, a heat pump and adaptive suspension. There's also launch control, keyless entry and start, and a hands-free tailgate.

Which Ioniq 6 N powertrain is right for me?

There's one: an all-wheel-drive electric setup with an 84 kWh battery. No petrol version, no hybrid, so the car needs charging and nothing else.

Electric, 84 kWh, 641 bhp

641 bhp and 740 Nm, all-wheel drive, automatic, 0-62 mph in 3.4 seconds and 160 mph flat out. Range is up to 278 miles WLTP at 2.9 miles/kWh, so it suits a driver with home or workplace charging who does most miles locally. Drive it hard and that range drops sharply.

Charging in practice

Fastest charging is 240 kW, and the best version takes 10-80% in 18 minutes on a 350 kW rapid charger. At home on a 10.5 kW supply, 10-100% takes 7.6 hours in the best version - an overnight job. Our guide to charging an electric car covers the practicalities.

Which Ioniq 6 N trim should I choose?

There's only one trim, so the real decision is colour and whether you add the option.

Ioniq 6 N

The single specification: 641 bhp, all-wheel drive, 20-inch five-spoke lightweight alloy wheels and Alcantara and leather upholstery. Inside there's a 12.3-inch touchscreen with navigation, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a heated steering wheel, a powered tailgate, automatic parking assist and a rear-view camera.

The Vision Roof Pack is available as a factory option. Five colours are offered across the range: Abyss black, Gravity gold, Nocturne gray, Performance blue and Serenity white.

One thing worth flagging before you order: insurance group 47. Get a quote before you sign anything, because on a car like this the premium can matter more than the monthly rental. Availability of individual specifications changes, so check the current Ioniq 6 N deals or ask our team.

Hyundai Ioniq 6 N FAQs

Yes, within reason. It's a five-seat, four-door saloon measuring 4.72 m long with a 3.00 m wheelbase, so rear legroom is good, and the boot holds 480 litres with the seats up or 1,540 litres folded. The firm suspension and low-profile tyres are the compromise.

Hyundai quotes up to 278 miles WLTP from the 84 kWh battery, at 2.9 miles/kWh. Expect less in cold weather, at motorway speeds or if you use the performance regularly. Our electric car guide explains how WLTP figures translate to everyday driving.

Fastest charging is 240 kW. On a 350 kW rapid charger the best version goes from 10-80% in 18 minutes. At home, 10-100% takes 7.6 hours at 10.5 kW in the best version, so a normal 7 kW wallbox will take longer overnight.

Hyundai's manufacturer warranty runs for five years with unlimited mileage, which comfortably covers a typical lease term. The battery is separately warranted for eight years or 100,000 miles and guaranteed to retain 70% of its capacity. There's also a 12-year anti-corrosion guarantee.

No. The Ioniq 6 N carries a tyre repair kit rather than a spare wheel, which is normal for an EV of this type. On a lease car, tyres are your responsibility, and 20-inch performance rubber isn't cheap to replace, so factor that in.

There's only one trim, so the difference comes down to contract term, annual mileage and initial rental. What's cheapest depends entirely on what's available at the time, and offers change often. Check the live Ioniq 6 N deals below, or call our team and we'll talk through the combinations.
