The Ford Kuga Vignale is the firm's response to the growing demand for better equipped and plush vehicles and it ticks all the relevant boxes. While the standard Kuga is an excellent offering, the Kuga Vignale offers high-quality materials and an exclusive spec to be a plush, upmarket car.

Engines and performance for the Ford Kuga Vignale

The engines for the Ford Kuga Vignale include fuel efficient and powerful powertrains with the choice of a 1.5 litre EcoBoost petrol unit producing 182 PS. There's also a 1.5 litre bi-turbo TDCi diesel engine producing 210 PS for drivers to choose. For more power, there is a 2.0 litre TDCi engine producing 150 PS which is mated to a six-speed manual gearbox and will return 61 mpg. The most powerful engine produces 180 PS and returns 54 mpg.

There are exclusive specifications for the Vignale including unique pearlescent exterior colours and gloss finishes for the skid plates and the signature hexagonal grille design for all Vignales is at the front. The seats are very comfortable and feature quilted Windsor leather and the instrument and door panels also feature the leather treatment. Along with an excellent driving experience, the Kuga Vignale features a perpendicular parking system so drivers can park 'hands-free' into a parking space. There's also a hands-free liftgate to access the boot and an active city stop collision avoidance system. The Vignale also features the firm's adaptive front lighting system, so the headlight beams will alter to match the driving environment - there's also a system that will adjust headlights so a driver is able to spot roadside hazards in extreme weather. Essentially, the Ford Kuga Vignale does what the firm intends and offers a very quiet SUV that's fun to drive and a comfortable place to spend time in. As an upmarket SUV offering, there's a lot to recommend it.
