Citroën Holidays Lease Deals

The Citroën Holidays is Citroën's four-seat, camper-bodied MPV, sold in one body with a 177bhp 2.2-litre diesel automatic and a single Max trim. This guide explains who it suits, what comes as standard and what to check before you order, with live lease deals shown below.

The Citroën Holidays is a four-seat, five-door MPV designed around weekends away rather than the school run. One body, one engine, one trim - which makes it one of the simplest choices you can make on a lease.

It's Citroën's leisure vehicle, built on the same big-MPV footprint the brand uses for carrying people, and it's aimed at couples and small families who want somewhere to sleep, cook and shelter without stepping up to a coachbuilt motorhome. Four seats, 715 litres of boot space with the rear seats up, and 4.98 metres of length.

The choice is refreshingly short: a 2.2-litre, 177 bhp diesel automatic driving the front wheels, in Max trim. After that you're picking a colour, a term and a mileage.

About the Citroën Holidays

The Holidays is Citroën's answer to the factory-built camper: a leisure vehicle you order through the dealer network, converted with a specialist partner, rather than a van you buy and have converted yourself. It seats four.

Road testers consistently make the same three points. It's easy to drive and easy to park for something this size - 4.98 m long, 1.92 m wide and 2.01 m tall, with a 12.4 m turning circle. The ride is soft and settled on a motorway. And the cabin is hard-wearing rather than plush, which most owners of a vehicle like this will take as a compliment.

Citroën covers it with a three-year or 60,000-mile manufacturer warranty, plus a 12-year anti-corrosion guarantee.

Why lease a Citroën Holidays?

Leasing suits a vehicle you'll use seasonally: you fix the monthly cost, you're covered by the manufacturer warranty for most or all of the contract, and you hand it back at the end rather than worrying what a used camper is worth in three years.

Every Holidays gets adaptive cruise control, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, keyless entry and start, wireless phone charging, built-in navigation and a digital instrument cluster. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard, as is dual-zone climate control, privacy glass and a DAB radio.

On safety, the list covers autonomous emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, lane-keep assist and automatic high beam, with front and rear parking sensors and a rear-view camera - genuinely useful on a vehicle approaching five metres. Servicing falls due every 24 months or 20,000 miles, and the spare is a tyre repair kit rather than a wheel.

Which Holidays powertrain is right for me?

There's only one, and it's a diesel automatic - no charging, no plug, no battery to plan around. If most of your mileage is motorway miles with a full load on board, that's no bad thing.

Diesel

The 2.2-litre, four-cylinder diesel produces 177 bhp through an eight-speed automatic gearbox, driving the front wheels. WLTP economy is 37.7 mpg, top speed 115 mph, and the tank holds 69 litres. If you're new to diesel, our guide to diesel particulate filters is worth five minutes before you order.

Which Holidays trim should I choose?

Only one trim is offered, Max, so the specification decision is made for you - your real choices are paint, contract length and annual mileage.

Max

Max is the 177 bhp front-wheel-drive version, on 17-inch diamond-cut "Phoenix" alloys in silver and black, with cloth upholstery. It adds LED headlights with LED daytime running lights, a wireless mirror screen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a heated leather-effect multifunction steering wheel with mounted controls, and a 180-degree colour reversing camera shown on the touchscreen.

The Max is currently available from £826.90 a month.

Five paint colours are offered across the range, including Cumulus grey, Icy white, Kapari green, Perla nera black and Titanium grey. Worth deciding early - paint is one of the few things you can't change once the order is placed. See more from the brand on our Citroën leasing pages.

Similar cars to consider

If you're weighing up alternatives, the Volkswagen California is the long-established name in factory-built campers, while the Volkswagen Multivan covers the same footprint as a people carrier if you'd rather have seats than a kitchen.

Citroën Holidays FAQs

It's a four-seater, so it suits couples and families of up to four. There's 715 litres of boot space with the rear seats up and 1,460 litres with them folded, plus heated front seats and dual-zone climate control as standard. Larger families will need more seats than this offers.

715 litres with the rear seats in place, rising to 1,460 litres with them folded. That's the load space either side of whatever you carry for a trip away, and the boot figure is the same on every version because there's only one.

It measures 4.98 m long, 1.92 m wide (2.20 m including mirrors) and 2.01 m tall, on a 3.28 m wheelbase. Length and width are close to a large SUV, but check the height against any barrier before you commit - two metres is a common limit in multi-storeys.

Yes, up to 750 kg braked and 750 kg unbraked. That's enough for a small trailer or a bike rack trailer, not a caravan. Tell us at the quote stage if you need a towbar, because it has to be specified on the original order.

Three years or 60,000 miles from Citroën, with a three-year paintwork guarantee and a 12-year anti-corrosion guarantee. Servicing is every 24 months or 20,000 miles. On a three or four-year lease, keep an eye on whether your annual mileage takes you past the 60,000-mile point.

With one engine and one trim, the monthly cost comes down to term, initial rental and annual mileage rather than specification. What's cheapest depends entirely on what's available at the time, so check the current Holidays deals. Our guide to choosing mileage and term helps if seasonal use makes your yearly mileage hard to predict.

Specifications from Citroën's UK model data; equipment, paint availability and figures vary by version and build date, so check the individual deal before you order.
