View dealThe Alpine A110 is a two-seat petrol coupe built around one idea: keep the weight down and everything else follows. It's a driver's car first, a practical one a distant second, and it has been on sale in this form since 2018.
Alpine's UK range is small, and the A110 is the sports car at the heart of it. One body style, one engine, and a set of trims that run from a comparatively softly sprung road car to a track-focused special.

The A110 is a compact coupe, 4.18-4.26 m long depending on version, and with just two seats. Reviewers consistently praise its steering, its ride quality and the sheer agility that comes from a kerb weight of 1,084-1,119 kg.
The name is a deliberate nod to the rally-winning Alpine of the 1960s, and the modern car chases the same brief rather than raw power. Road testers regularly note that it flatters you at ordinary road speeds, which not every fast car manages.
The trade-offs are honest ones. Boot space is 196 litres with the rear seats up, there's a tyre repair kit rather than a spare, and the warranty is three years or 60,000 miles - fine, but not generous by current standards.
Leasing suits a car like this because you're committing to a fixed monthly rental for a set term rather than worrying about what a low-volume French sports car will be worth in three years. That risk sits with the funder, not with you.
Every A110 gets keyless entry and start, built-in navigation with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, climate control, LED headlights, automatic headlights, rain-sensing wipers, paddle shifters and autonomous emergency braking. Servicing falls due every 12 months or 12,000 miles.

There's only one: a turbocharged petrol engine driving the rear wheels through an automatic gearbox. Nothing to plug in, nothing to charge.
A four-cylinder turbo with a seven-speed automatic and paddle shifters, producing 248 bhp in the entry car and 296 bhp elsewhere. Torque is 320-340 Nm, 0-62 mph takes 3.9-4.5 seconds depending on version, and top speed ranges from 155 to 177 mph.
Economy is quoted at 40.4-42.2 mpg on the WLTP test, with CO2 of 153-158 g/km - genuinely restrained for a car this quick, and a useful thing if you're leasing through a business. There's no manual option, so if a clutch pedal is non-negotiable, this isn't your car.

All six trims share the same engine family and gearbox, so the real differences are chassis set-up, seats, trim materials and how much comfort kit comes as standard.
The 248 bhp car, on 18-inch "Serac" alloy wheels with leather upholstery, a leather interior harmony, keyless start and cruise control with a speed limiter. It also has power-folding mirrors, an auto-dimming rear-view mirror and an LED third brake light. Heated seats, a rear-view camera and front and rear parking sensors are options.

The GT moves to 296 bhp and 18-inch "Legende" alloys, keeps leather upholstery, and makes standard the kit that's optional lower down: heated front seats, a rear-view camera and front and rear parking sensors with an audible signal. It's the comfortable, road-biased choice.

The S is the firmer one. Over the GT it adds sports suspension, sports seats and power-folding door mirrors, sits on 18-inch "Gt Race" alloys and swaps to cloth and leather upholstery; a rear-view camera is an option rather than standard.
The S is currently available from £941.98 a month. Against the GT, that is currently £11.52/mo more expensive.
The GTS keeps the sharper chassis but puts the comfort kit back: heated front seats, a rear-view camera and an LED third brake light, with leather upholstery and 18-inch "Fuchs" alloys. Front and rear parking sensors with reversing camera and audible signal are part of the package.
The GTS is currently available from £868.68 a month. Against the S, that is currently £73.30/mo cheaper. Best value
This is where the range turns properly track-focused. The R Turini runs 296 bhp on 18-inch "Gt Race" alloys with cloth upholstery and sports seats, and a reversing camera, trading some cabin plushness for a harder edge.
The R Turini is currently available from £1,351.98 a month. Against the GTS, that is currently £483.30/mo more expensive.
The R 70 is the most extreme A110 here: 296 bhp, 18-inch alloys and Alcantara upholstery, plus an LED third brake light. Think of it as a special edition of the R Turini theme rather than a different sort of car.
