FVL Competition Rules
Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter the competition, you are agreeing to these rules.
1. To enter the competition you must be:
(a) UK resident; and
(b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of First Vehicle Leasing.
3. To enter, you must select three actors or actresses and add their ‘Bacon number’ after their name, and you must not duplicate any names appearing in any prior entry – for example.

The winner will be the the individual who has selected thee three actors or actresses with the highest total ‘bacon number’ as identified by a search in Google’s search engine at http://google.co.uk and displayed in a panel above search results as in the example below:

4. Only one entry is allowed per individual. FVL reserve the right to delete and disqualify any entries that contain comments or links that are, in the sole opinion of FVL, spam, defamatory, hateful, duplicated, or otherwise inappropriate. All entries must be made by [DEADLINE]. Entries made after that time will not be valid and may be deleted from our site.
5. The winner will be selected within 5 days of the closing date, and will be notified of their success by email. Neither Apple Inc., or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries are involved in this competition in any way.
6. Should more than one entrant gain the same rating, the winner will be chosen by adding together the current age in years of the actors or actresses identified, and those with the highest age total will be the winner. Should there be a tie, then a winner will be chosen at random by FVL, and that individual, and any runners-up will be notified by email. The names of the winners will be added to this page by FVL.
7. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. We may publish winners’ names on our web site and through social media, but will not publish personal information such as your email address. You can find out who has won a particular competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to First Vehicle Leasing, 2 Baillieston Road, Baillieston, Glasgow G32 0QF after the race has taken place.
9. If you win the competition, FVL request that you photograph yourself with your prize, and allow FVL to publicise that photograph through its web site, social media and email campaigns. You have the right to decline any participation – it is entirely up to you, but we may still publish your name as a winner.
10. The prize will be posted within 14 days of the competition judging date to a UK postal address, which we will ask you to provide by email. The prizes are transferable and can be gifted to another person.
11. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
12. If an advertised prize is not available for any reason, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
13. This competition is being run by First Vehicle Leasing, 2 Baillieston Road, Glasgow G32 0QF (“FVL”).
14. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering the competition. We will respect your privacy at all times in line with our published policy.
15. FVL reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time if circumstances outside our control make this necessary. We will inform entrants of any such circumstances by adding a comment and full explanation to the competition web page.
