Engines and performance for the Kadjar
The Renault Kadjar has a choice of two diesel engines and two petrol units. Of the diesels, the 1.5 litre option offers flexibility while the 1.7 litre offers power and has the option of four-wheel-drive as well. Of the petrol engines, the 1.3 litre unit producing 160hp delivers economy of 44 mpg and should meet most family needs. The engines are mated to either a manual gearbox or a very good seven-speed automatic transmission.

The S Edition offers an impressive panoramic sunroof to create a spacious cabin while the flagship GT Line delivers blind spot monitoring, heated leather seats and autonomous parking and emergency braking. Essentially, the Renault Kadjar is a stylish, compact SUV that is an easy car to live with and it is one that has lots of practical ideas, lots of equipment and is great to drive.
