Citroen have redesigned their C5 and filled it with new technology.

It was an eye-catching car when it came out but now I’m not so sure – but what do I know? They’ve managed to shift 400,000 units since its 2008 launch. (Excuse the photo which makes it look as if the front wheel has hit something in the road. Photoshopping gone wrong?)
Citreon claim: “Now the C5 is more modern and elegant than ever, with an even stronger personality.”
Personality? It’s a car!
It also features the brand’s new chevrons, 17-inch ‘Egée’ alloy wheels as an option on Exclusive models and a new pearlescent body colour – ‘Guaranja Brown’ <fill in your own gags here!>.
Apparently, ‘to make driving easier’, the C5 can be specified with a new eMyWay satellite navigation system combined with a Connecting Box – jack socket, USB port and Bluetooth® – as part of a new Techno Pack option. On the C5 Tourer, the eMyWay system can be hooked up to a reversing camera to make parking manoeuvres safer.
The new Citroen C5 range is available from this week with prices ranging from £19,895 for the entry-level Saloon HDi 115 manual VTR.
