What a great company. This was my first time leasing a car and doing in private rather than business also, so naturally, i had a load of questions, thankfully they were more than happy to help.

I gave FVL a list of requirements and some styles of cars i was looking for, i also do 30,000 miles a year, so needed to see how this would work. FVL were open and honest from the offset and i settled, very happily, on a new Jaguar XF and 30,000 miles per annum, all within the set budget. I was also able to change the interior option which was great.

What with being really keen to get the new car, i agreed to collect from the FVL offices in Glasgow and complete my paperwork there. FVL had the car driven up for me. When i collected it had just over 300 miles on the clock, going from a car with 96,000, this was nothing.

I checked over the car and received free mats and a Jag umbrella, signed the paperwork and was good to go.

I got a follow up call a few days later from Bill which was a great touch.

I found the whole process of leasing the vehicle painless, the assistance given to ensure I had all of the specification requests met, was excellent. Follow up calls with progress and planned delivery details were accurate and delivered as advised. The follow up call after delivery ensured that the minor grumble I had regarding the vehicle was promptly resolved to my satisfaction. I would have no concerns about recommending FVL in future.
