There’s a new Peugeot 308 SW car leasing range that the carmaker says is more versatile and practical than the model it replaces.

As a versatile family car, the new Peugeot 308 SW car lease range offers more practicality and it also a sound choice for business users.

It has been a popular choice in the compact estate segment and it’s available for the first time with a plug-in hybrid choice.

It also comes with efficient petrol or diesel engines to meet a wide range of needs.

Contract hire Peugeot 308 SW

The contract hire Peugeot 308 SW has two plug-in hybrid powertrain choices from launch.

The first has a PureTech petrol engine producing 180hp and an electric motor producing 81kWh.

It has emissions of just 26g/km – which makes it a sound choice for company car drivers with a low Benefit-in-Kind (BiK) rate – and an electric range of 36 miles.

The alternative is a PureTech petrol engine producing 150hp with the electric motor producing 81kWh with emissions of 25g/km, and an electric range of 37 miles.

Both powertrain choices are mated to an automatic transmission.

The new 308 SW also comes with the firm’s ‘Easy Care’ package to cover all essential maintenance.

For those drivers who are leasing the hybrid models, there’s a battery capacity certificate issued after each service with a battery warranty for 100,000 miles or eight years.

The new 308 SW will see deliveries starting early next year with prices starting at £24,000 for the entry level model.

It is also packed with equipment with lane keeping assist, driver attention warning, speed limit and traffic sign recognition plus intelligent speed adaptation.

Equipment for the Peugeot 308 SW

Standard equipment for the Peugeot 308 SW includes alloy wheels, automatic headlights and windscreen wipers with the interior featuring a new multi-function steering wheel.

Drivers also get the firm’s i-Cockpit system which has a 10-inch digital instrument display.

The entry-level model also features comfort seats for the driver and front passenger, a frameless re-view mirror and rear parking sensors.

Other models in the car leasing range feature larger alloy wheels, the firm’s 3D satnav system with live traffic updates, rear and front parking sensors and a reversing camera.

The top model is the 308 SW GT Premium which includes semi-autonomous positioning assistance technology, a 360° HD camera technology, and there’s also parking assist too.
