The power is delivered using either a DSG automatic dual-clutch gearbox, or a manual transmission.

There are also three new body colours to choose from the 10-strong line-up.

SEAT has also added a new diffuser and spoiler to bring a youthful look to their car.

Interior consists of premium materials

The new interior consists of premium materials and better ergonomics.

There’s also a new soft dashboard and a floating 8.25-inch display fitted as standard.

The top models have the 9.2-inch display, plus a sharp 10.25-inch digital cockpit.

Interior lights have been added to the roof to benefit those sat in the rear seats.

Wireless Link Integration system

SEAT is also adding its wireless Link Integration system so drivers and occupants can access digital services.

Everything from traffic information to media services can be reached using the car’s voice recognition that is fitted as standard, or at the touch of a button.

The firm is also adding a built-in eSIM so drivers can use online services.

The system will also contact automatically the emergency services should it detect that the car has been involved in an accident.

Equipment for the new SEAT Arona

Safety equipment for the new SEAT Arona includes lane keeping assist and adaptive cruise control.

There’s also side assistance technology that helps to make lane changing safer with rear and front-facing radars monitoring blind spots to alert the driver to danger.

There’s also traffic sign recognition added for the first time, along with park assist to help park the Arona automatically.

The SEAT Arona offers an interesting small SUV in a competitive segment and the car leasing deals are certainly worth checking out when the car appears in showrooms later this year.
