Volkswagen has announced a major revamp of its third-generation contract hire Touareg, boasting numerous advancements and design enhancements.
The SUV now features a new suspension, an updated display and a revamped operating concept.
Also, the vehicle’s front and rear designs have been fine-tuned for a more striking appearance.
One of the most notable updates is the introduction of the advanced HD LED matrix headlights at the front, paired with sleek LED taillights designed as a light strip.

The Touareg car leases has long been a platform for Volkswagen to showcase its innovative technologies, which often trickle down to benefit other models in their lineup.
One such cutting-edge feature is the optional glare-free IQ.LIGHT HD LED matrix headlights.
These interactive LEDs allow drivers to leave their high beams on continuously outside of urban areas, as they adaptively mask areas for oncoming traffic and vehicles ahead, providing unprecedented precision.
Exceptional travel comfort and performance
The updated Touareg also offers exceptional travel comfort and performance, thanks to significant improvements in its suspension system.
One notable addition is the standard roof load sensor, which is now tightly integrated with the vehicle’s suspension electronics.
This advanced technology enables the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system to intervene more quickly when a roof load is detected to boost driving stability.
And when there is no roof load, the control system allows for an even sportier driving experience.

The latest version also has the upgraded Innovision Cockpit which is a state-of-the-art system combining the Digital Cockpit and the high-end Discover Pro Max infotainment system to provide drivers with a seamless and intuitive experience.
There are several improvements to the cockpit, including optimised lane-level navigation and high-resolution HD map data.
There’s also improved voice control for better user interaction.
VW has also increased the charging capacity of the SUV’s USB-C connections from 15 watts to 45 watts for faster charging of electronic devices.
The interior has been improved
The carmaker has also listened to customers, so the interior has been improved, including softer centre console trims for added passenger comfort.
Volkswagen’s premium SUV also comes equipped with an impressive array of standard convenience and assistance systems, as well as a wide selection of optional technologies. These enhancements aim to provide drivers with a safer and more enjoyable driving experience.
Some of the standout optional technologies include Travel Assist, which enables assisted driving at maximum speed; Park Assist Plus with remote control, allowing drivers to automatically park their vehicle using a mobile app; Trailer Assist for easier manoeuvering with a trailer; and Night Vision, which provides assistance during nighttime drives.
The new Touareg also offers a range of powertrains, including a turbocharged petrol engine, two turbodiesel engines and two plug-in hybrids – all are mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox and the permanent all-wheel drive system, 4MOTION.
