This is the new Citroen C3 Aircross SUV which will be in our showrooms from November and is the replacement for the firm’s C3 Picasso MPV.
It is also the latest model to follow the Citroen trend of turning its people carriers into stylish SUV’s.
However, the new C3 Aircross looks set to take on the likes of the Renault Captur and the Nissan Juke.

The Citroen C3 Aircross SUV was first unveiled at this year’s Geneva motor show and the production model retains the attractive parts of the concept vehicle.
The compact SUV has a distinctive exterior styling and with its modular design there is plenty of room for people on board.
Some models also come with a large panoramic glass sunroof and the firm has added lots of kit.
The vehicle comes with hill descent assist along with ‘Grip Control’ which offers strong performance on slippery surfaces and 12 driver assistance systems which features a colour head-up display.

Along with lots of comfort, the car is easy-to-use and like with some interesting new ideas.
The cabin itself is bright and airy with lots of connected technology so drivers and their passengers can enjoy travelling around town and out on open roads.

Unlike many of its rivals, the C3 Aircross SUV offers a nod towards its SUV aspirations with raised ground clearance, front and rear skid plates, an elevated driving position, wheel arch extensions and large wheels.
One of the big pluses is for the level of personalisation and with 90 exterior colour combinations means there’s a wide range of choice, including four roof colours and four colour packs.
The bottom line is that the Aircross will be a practical choice and the rear bench can be moved depending on whether the driver wants more space in the cabin or a larger boot – which will extend from 410 litres to 520 litres.
Citroen is also offering impressive diesel and petrol engines with further spec levels and prices expected to be announced nearer to the appearance of the C3 Aircross in showrooms.
