The specification and prices for the Vauxhall Combo-e Life car lease range have been revealed.
This is the all-new Vauxhall Combo-e Life car lease model that is a practical and spacious family lifestyle vehicle.
It’s an all-electric car that’s available to order now, priced from £31,610.
It is also one of the few battery-powered vehicles in its segment.
The Combo-e is based on the Combo Life, an award-winning creation, with a battery capable of returning 174 miles.
Contract hire Vauxhall Combo-e Life
The contract hire Vauxhall Combo-e Life has a 50kW lithium-ion battery, and an electric motor producing 136 PS and torque of 260Nm.
While there’s a single-phase 7.4kW onboard charger, the Combo-e Life supports rapid charging and will take just 30 minutes to reach 80% of the battery’s capacity.
One of the big features of the seven-seater is that it is exempt currently from ultra-low emissions and congestion charges.
There’s also no vehicle excise duty to pay and for company car drivers, the Combo-e Life has a benefit in kind rate of just 1%.
Only available in the SE trim
It’s only available in the SE trim but there are two sizes, there’s the Medium version that seats five, or the XL variant that seats seven.
Standard equipment includes 16-inch alloy wheels, LED daytime running lights, sliding side-access doors and a panoramic rear-view camera.
Drivers also get side protection mouldings and body-coloured bumpers as well as foldable and electrically adjustable door mirrors.
The onboard infotainment system consists of an 8-inch colour display that is smartphone compatible.
Some models also feature a 3.5-inch colour instrument display.
The firm’s Connect system
There’s also live traffic updates, vehicle information and the battery’s charge status that can be viewed with the firm’s Connect system.
The system also offers e-Call that will contact the emergency services should it detect the car has been involved in an accident.
The Combo-e Life lease also features b-Call technology which will be useful in a breakdown and will put the driver in touch with a trained adviser at the touch of a button.
Drivers also get cruise control, automatic emergency braking and rear parking sensors.
It’s also a spacious car with the boot size of 597 litres, which will expand to an impressive 2,126 litres with the rear seats folded.
