This is the all new Alfa Romeo Giulia which is heading to the UK with prices starting at £29,180 OTR.
It’s based on Alfa’s new rear wheel drive architecture and it has, they claim, perfect 50/50 weight distribution which will show-off the firm’s distinctive styling and handling.
There are five trim levels for the Giulia which has also scored one of the best Euro NCAP ratings ever.
The new Alfa Romeo Giulia
The new Alfa Romeo Giulia also comes with a choice of five engines including a 2.2 litre diesel unit producing 150 bhp or 180 bhp, a 2.9 litre V6 producing a stonking 510 bhp and 2.0 litre petrol unit producing 200 bhp. The engines are coupled to a new eight speed automatic gearbox as standard.
The range topper is the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio which will go from 0 to 62 mph in less than four seconds.
Having said that, Alfa says the new Giulia has the best in-class power-to-weight ratio to deliver sparkling performance.
This is underpinned with a range of technologies and distinctive Italian designs; the interior is simple yet sophisticated with quality materials used throughout.
